Greggs

Very handy place to be with free parking right outside, but staff hesitated about supplying me with a ham toastie with no cheese. Greggs in general need to make it easier for people to get food like this without cheese or mayo ect. Store was very tidy and once I convinced them to make one without cheese the staff where ok.

It wasn't too busy, we went around midday. Had a good selection of everything. The only issue is the parking,l (nothing to do with Gregg's) it's horrendous getting in and out, due to the traffic lights and the layout of the carpark

Really helpful staff. A sandwich I wanted had run out so the lady offered to make me a fresh one. Lovely experience, goes a long way.

Today I had got served by a lady named Kate I had just finished shopping and came to grab something to eat my baby was struggling with teething very badly nothing was working while we were there and I said we would wait for the baby's sausage roll as he was hungry too. Kate gave us free doughnuts while we were waiting. I offered to pay and she insisted I didn't pay. When the sausage roll was done she had cut it up for us so it would cool down quicker and it helped so so much. Kate if you are reading this I can't thank you enough you are an absolute star I hope you have a lovely Christmas.

Poor service. Would never us this Greggs again. Asked for a corned beef pasty to be given a chicken bake, went back and asked for the correct pasty to be given another chicken pasty. Attitude on the girl serving stating they didn't have any corned beef pasties when she was quick enough to process the sale and take the money. Disgusting. Poor customer service

Great food, always fresh and tasty. Pastries, pasties, bakes, cakes, meal deals, drinks, hot or cold. Lovely shop. One-shop dining, level entrance, disabled parking, no toilet. Great for a snack or a light lunch. Highly recommend it.
