Judging by the ‘litter’ on the desks I’d guess the staff are on a 5:2 diet. 5 sweeties and then 2 swigs of coke. Maybe the staff were generally rude due to low sugar levels.

Very rude member of staff. Complained about me putting loose change into MY Account it was bagged into correct denominations and she said that I can only put full bags into my account even tho other lloyds bank do not complain

It would be a good bank if they didn't open at 9am and shut at 3pm. I am not sure if they are using Covid as an excuse to work part time, but customers who work full time need to use the bank too, especially when running a business.
