Very fast service, bank doesnt even need to be open to make a deposit, no other bank at this current time does that in rawtenstall, as far as i am aware they might be the only bank to do it in the country. All banks should follow suit and do this as it means customers that are busy like me can deposit whenever whereever

Lovely staff and self depositing system is great and speeds up waiting times.

Superb, helpful and courteous service from attentive staff who brought me up to date with in-branch cash deposit procedures. I sincerely hope that this branch is retained!
