Virgin Money

Had some issues with the Virgin Prepaid MasterCard back in 2014 when signing up or verifying age, and to be fair taking a bus and 2 trains to get to here to really have not as much help since it's not technically an account minus just having them call the support number with me. Especially later on that same card was massively frauded with a stalker using a fake email address causing a fake PayPal used with that card and had Debt collectors to deal literally 2 days before Christmas in 2019 but when I reported an issue with the card potential being frauded in October that same year the team ( not local branch) got told that it could not be refuted or refunded due to normal PayPal usage. So canceled the card and eventually PayPal supported me 2 months later

They never answer their phones no matter how often you phone and no matter how long you hold. Save yourself much frustration by not dealing with them.

No phone number to arrange face to face interview in Exeter, in order to invest on behalf of our grandchildren

Tried phoning the only number given on website. Took 30 minutes to get a reply. Does not encourage investment in Virgin money

What a waste of space... Went in to deposit some cash... Was told branch was cashless... Who ever heard of a bank with no money... It's like a pub with no beer... Pointless.

Once I lost my V-Card, I could no longer withdraw my money, I'm homeless now.
