Always have a giant line and if you work Monday to Friday then you are absolutely screwed if you need to see them. Whilst every other bank is open on Saturdays

Waited 20 mins to pay some money in while the cashier was painfully slow talking about the weather to a customer, that’s all good and well but 6 people waiting then it’s time to hurry up!! No modern paying in machines like other banks just have to wait it’s not a good branch of Barclays

The service is rude. Queue all the way to the door and only one cashier. The second old woman is a VERY Lazy supervisor and only looks at people, angry that they came. She doesn't help, she just talks to the friend who came. The cashier needed authorization, and everyone in the line had to wait for her to stop talking. I advise against this branch, better go to Blackburn or Burnley and that old lady shouldn't be working there !!!

I am a business and personal customer and this branch is utterly pointless. You are lucky if it is ever open and on the very rare occassions that you arrive to find the door open you will wait in a queue as the man behind the counter has a conversation about the weather with the customer in front of you. My advice to the bank? Fire him and open when customers actually need you! A high street bank that open 16 hours a week???

Absolutely hate this bank. The times are very unfair. Also only one till is open no matter the size of the queue. If its to deposit notes the cash machine does not allow this. Unlike most barclays banks. If they going to cut staff and only have one till at least update the cash machine to allow deposits!

Its about time Barclays got it's act together. It seemed to have used the pandemic as an excuse to clock off and have a bit of a rest. When it's open, and you have queued to get in, there's only one cashier to help you. May I suggest going to the Post Office nearby if you have money to pay in , or take out ? Just remember your debit card. Rant over.

How are businesses supposed to use this branch 9.30 - 2pm and closed on Thursday no good to anyone nearly only ever one counter open when they are . As for their cheque paying in application next to useless

Completely useless…. 1 hr 30 mins in a queue, that’s me done with Barclays
My advice to the bank?
Fire him and open when customers actually need you!
