Ideal location for Lincoln. The staff are always friendly and informative.

Went in to help my friend reverse a fradulent transaction and the customer service representative was quite rude during the exchange. She did assist in reversing it however she was quite blunt and dismissive, not helpful during a stressful event such as this.

Very disappointed in the customer service, to the extent of considering switching banks.

I drove 20 miles to my nearest bank today to pay some money into a business account. The lady on the help desk was so rude. I asked to pay in some money which had a few coins but they dont take any change on a Saturday. She never even asked if I had something else to pay in. Why would a bank not take money? Very unhelpful and very rude. If this is the attitude and manner in banks then no wonder banks are closing.

My god, pathetic bank. Go elsewhere.

Not all if us live/work in town and not all of us have a post office in the village where we live. I've been unable to pay cash/cheques into the bank as it's not open at weekends. Guess i'll be closing my account and going to the Yorkshire bank which hasn't reduced it's operating hours all through this pandemic.

My HSBC accounts have been less straightforward to manage than with other banks, and I have been surprised with unexpected charges.
