I've only really used the cashpoint machine since they stopped opening on Saturday mornings a few years back. The machine itself is quite effi cuenta but far too loud, and the buttons are (presumably) conveniently misaligned with the screen for the use of wheelchair users but mildly confusing for everyone else. Ho hum.

The opening hours are completely useless/unreasonable to the majority of people, considering most work 9-5. It needs to be open till atleast 19:30 on weekdays and open on Saturdays, because even if they open on Saturdays people would have to wait all week to see an advisor unless they stay open till a reasonable time on weekdays. There are many things we cant do through telephone/online banking so adjusting opening times is vital!

friendly staff and convenient location especially with the new car park across the road. Just wish they had more staff as there is always a queue. I do my business banking with Barclays and there are some essential things that you just can't do online or via app etc

Staff are always smiling very helful and friendly. Always ready to answer any questions. Sometimes when queuing a member of staff helps aleviate the queue by assisting some customers awaiting single or simple transactions by using a self service till

I just want to say how excellent the service was that we received when we recently visited. We originally had problems at Preston Barclays but Roger at this Chorley branch took his time and made it possible for us to achieve what we wanted. His customer service was excellent and made us happy that we were banking with Barclays.

Nice staff, bit of a wait to be seen whenever i've been but not too bad. Cash machine screen always looks filthy outside,looks like dried on spit stains or something when the sun catches it right, knocks me sick every time i see it, take hand sanitiser with you.

Only used the ATM for withdrawals it's in a convenient location close to carparking
