I am a Google reviewer and I travel around the UK to find good hotels and restaurants. I used to be a head chef at a leading chain of restaurants in the UK so I know what I am talking about. I know alot about business and how to run company which has turnt out to be a successful company which has over 300+ staff. And give them honest reviews and here are my findings.

Happy staff that will give good service and they know how to help when yiu put them to any test and tasks they completed rather fast.
Down side is the rude customers where you hold open the door for them and no manner but I have noticed that alot with people around here as I used to say London was bad for it but I'm starting to think this place has it worse where you help people but no manners you get the look of death.
