disgusting I went there yesterday my grandad is in a wheelchair and couldn’t get his wheelchair up the 2 stupid steps they have outside so they need to put a ramp outside

This must be the worst Bank branch in the history. Avoid at any cost! My wife went there with our baby, after she's been waiting for 2-hours she's been told to call customer service, because they are busy, like she's not one of the customers. After the conversation with customer service only branch can help her. And here we go again, we're going to another bank this time! Must be reviewed by the management!

HSBC is getting worse. They closed many branches, services are getting worse and this branch in Waltham Cross is the worsed. Unluckily i live very close to it but I'd rather travel to Enfield Town. Time to switch.

The ladies who work in this branch are so nice. Always smiling and doing their best. I come regularly with my elderly mum who is greeted everytime like an old respected friend. Makes the world of difference to her as she doesn't get out that often.
