Nat West Northfield seems to open and shut when I feels like it. I would advise using another bank.

Trying to close an account and they’ve dragged it out for weeks. Appalling customer service

The problem there is no less than 1 star...They even do not deserve a star. I tried to open a business account with them and this employee (Aranvier Bhatti ) is away from professional as he started asking stupid questions: do you sell drinks in your shop: IT IS ONLINE BOOK SHOP. What does that to do with Online Bookshop business account application. Really he made me look down with disrespect to the bank. A bank hiring such unexperienced people must be desperate

Been there on several occasions, following the website opening times and it was closed.

Been there before 2pm (i.e 1.30pm) to find a sign saying “we will be closing at 2pm today” and the place is locked shut.

Been there and found a sign saying “we are closed today due to unforeseen circumstances”.

My local corner shop provides a more reliable service than this. Never know a natwest branch like it. It’s like a family business where they just decide to not bother turning up for work or close early to go to the pub.

This bank is never open. Always a complete waste of a journey. Your better off phoning the main number. It always looks as if it's shut down.

Absolutely terrible. Never open. Most days it has a note just saying closed. Six of us just stood in the rain waiting for opening at 9:30 and it inexplicably never did. Do NOT bank here.

I’ve been 3 times now on a Saturday in the last few months and it’s unexpectedly closed. Not good enough when the next closest branch is 45 minutes away and there’s no prior notice.
