Halifax, Bank with interest which has fulfilled the need of every customer by providing all sorts of account such as reward, ultimate reward and current account. But, there is the no point providing such accounts with all the facilities, if your staff is not good enough to explain and satisfy the need of Costumer.
My first disappointment begin with changing my account to ultimate reward account. I was so happy when I knew that Ultimate reward account can provide travel insurance, breakdown cover, phone cover and emergency home service with £15 a month. But when I tried to change my account to Ultimate reward, Staff in the ALDERSHOT BANK were very unhelpful and rude. They told me that it won't happen in ALDERSHOT BRANCH, which was fine but at least as a customer I would expect to be provided with right procedure to apply for it. They told me to pop in to the Guildford branch but when I turned up there, they told me appointment is needed. If it was so, why did that two lady from ALDERSHOT branch told me to walk in. It was a complete waste of time and useless travel for me.
And the surprising thing was, when I rang coustmer service to book an appointment they told me that it is possible to book an appointment to change to ultimate reward from Aldershot branch but I choose to go to Farnborough.
And second incident was about travel insurance certificate, last week when I went to ask about my travel insurance certificate, again they told me that they can't provide that. I asked them politely how to get one. They replied me ” HALIFAX DOSNT PROVIDE ANY CERTIFICATE, WHICH MEANS YOUR BANK CARD IS YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE CERTIFICATE”. Again, we were given wrong information with same attitude, same tone and rude behavior. They were the same women.
But when we went to London branch they told me they don't do in bank but, in the good polite way and also helped me to get the certificate by providing the phone. I had a talk in the phone and within 5 min I received certificate in my e-mail.

As, a customer I would expect to be treated fairly and should be provided with right information. If other branches can provide then why can't the Aldershot branch. It's all either because of lack of training or being lazy to help.That two honourable women in ALDERSHOT BRANCH should learn some manner, should know how to talk and behave and should be given some extra training and knowledge to fulfil the need of coustmer.

One of the worst HALIFAX BANK IS IN ALDERSHOT. Please do something to bring the branch in right order.

Halifax bank in Aldershot was good before when I was first time Deposit cash by ATM machines one of the staff kindly help me , that’s why I open my husband ,dad ,brother in law’s bank account in Halifax ,but today 01 November around 13:10 .I visit Halifax for my credit card staff behaviour was totally unacceptable her rude voice and loud voice make me irritated when I’m asking if Lloyds bank are providing credit card why not Halifax then she reply me so you can go other bank then I requested I’m using Halifax since 3 years so why should I go other bank for credit even I check my eligibility in front of her .she didnot gave me specifics reason she need to talk politely As, a customer I would expect to be treated fairly and should be provided with right information. If other bank and branches can
provide then why can't the Aldershot , bank and branch all either because of lack of training or being lazy to help.That one of the lady who have short blonde hair honourable women in ALDERSHOT BRANCH should learn some manner, should know how to talk and behave NOW I Will CLose My And My 5 members bank account from Halifax

Bank closed on Saturday and midday closed at 2 pm!!!!
