WOW. What a great bank and great service. I defiently recommend coming here. Very helpful and will go out of their way to help you. 1 to 1 service is fantastic and felt very welcomed. Having bad experiences with my previous bank, they understood my situation and actually had all the time in the world for me. If you ever need a new bank or a change, come here. You won't be disappointed.

They open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which is helpful.

The staff in this bank know something that very few staff in other banks and shops do.

The importance of customer service.

They are professional yet friendly go out of their way to please.

Why is the mobile App always down ???? Very frustrating it is happening more often. Not good enough, should be able to use mobile banking anytime and anywhere..not the case with Co-operative Bank.

You always here that banks are on your side when it comes down to Internet fraud they tell you that they have frozen payment but thisthis is the sneaky part they want you to contact the people who took your money and ask for it back k b4 they can do anything about it REALLY will be closing my accounts
