Good, nice branch, good atmosphere and product's.
Staff is nice and polite with good customer service skills.
Service is fast when comes to payment or deposits, etc...
Store is well decorated and organized.
Opening times are good, accessible on week days as well Saturdays...
Store have good access and is well located

Usaully you're a good branch, but recently I came in to book an appointment, but to try and make my life easier Ruby got a next day slot at a different branch. Upon arrival to that branch, they said they weren't expecting us, because the appointment was made for a West Sussex branch. I ended up waiting for well over an hour for someone to see me.

It's 11 am now and the bank is not open! There's no note or anything about the opening hours changing, in their website it's says it's open at 9:30 !???????

it has to be the worst Natwest in the country.

Whent in today to pay a cheque for the first time in years and was greeted by a very rude man behind the counter. Very sad, used the machine to deposit it and just left, very disappointing experience.

They don't open account in branches anymore and the service is replaced with a really slow and not so working process that takes more than a month.

Had very bad experience recently on this branch , specially with the Caribbean guy and the young lady which are not welcoming at all and they will make your life very difficult on dealing with your request , if you see this just go and bank somewhere else where they smile and value customers...
