Barclays Bank

I feel conflicted about this branch. The people are nice and helpful but when we called no one answered.

Queues, queues, queues, always in there. Usually wait 10-20 mins to pay a bill at counter. To be told 'you can pay this online!' or on useless machines, which staff have trouble using. yes I can but not with cash! Staff walking around but only one on tills now. Can't change coins into notes, cant pay cash into envelopes in box now (in case we are cheating the taxman) cant do any of the stuff I can do at Natwest, that's where I put my pension lump sum, Barclays were not getting it. Rubbish bank. I agree with someone on another site, they were heavily involved in South Africa, they had Ads on TV for it, which you cannot now find. Exploiting the population there.

Don't bother. Create more problems than they solve.

They're not even open on weekends? Seriously???

Condescending woman was stand in to help my elderly mum. Very disappointing
