Use this bank daily have chronic queue times if you are unable to use a machine quite often 5 people hosting to one person on a till. For the most part those people are stood looking at me queueing either company policy or lack of staff initiative to just get on a till. That being said staff are apologetic and friendly.

Worst experience ever. I’m a student and struggling with money, I have come in 3 times to sort an overdraft out. Each time I’ve been turned away. One of your employees, Tracey, made me go behind someone who had been in the queue for less time. I was very upset and the woman seemed to jump at the occasion to push in. But it therefore made me wait for another 20 minutes. I think this branch needs closing down, and certain staff members need a lesson is customer service and being kind.

Been into the branch twice and been given two completely different answers in regards to cashing an executor cheque. Both times I’ve had to travel over 30 minutes into the branch and both times I’ve come away without success.

Went into Lincoln branch to open a saver's account. No queueing system. Friendly staff, I must say, though their roles appeared to be totally undefined and chaotic. I was half helped then left to queue for 40 minutes with no direction to complete part 2 of my epic odyssey. A deli style ticket system might be of some use here, as well as more staff sat at desks and clear signage. Got there in the end, but 1 and a quarter hours to show me how to open a savings account using my own Barclay's app? Really?

Nice large bank, but they want customers to use automated machines, so there is only one member of staff dealing with a queue of people who have the need of a non automated service.

This bank is funding the climate crisis with massive investment in fossil fuel extraction. Please stop banking with them. Their policies threaten our children's future.
