Seriously slow service and poorly allocated staff. Someone to greet people but only one cashier. 30 minute wait is ridiculous.

Im not usually moved to write a review of a bank branch, but this particular Natwest branch is doing it right. Speedy service, friendly and sympathetic staff, good social distancing/coronavirus hygiene, etc. Special call out to Natalie for being the perfect combination of friendly, professional, and efficient.

So I’m outside waiting in the lockdown que!!
Thinking I’m making great time with the stated opening time 9am!!
But no! The opening time on the entrance has a different time 10am!!!
At least change the time on the internet guys! We have lives!! It isn’t that hard I’m sure!!

Absolutely farcical. Massive queue with unhelpful, patronising staff. More like a museum to outdated high street banking and bad customer service. Not a place to actually do banking. Save yourself the trip.

Friendly, helpful and courteous staff; three cash deposit machines alleviates any need to queue for cashiers; convenient location. Well done NatWest!.

I dont know about the others but when I was there the staff were ok. They definitely know what they were doing. It's just that some customers I found out were, lets say, isnt tech savvy. So some of them took a little longer to understand how everything works. Btw, shoutout to Alan. He was professional and quick to attend with my concerns.
