Bank teller called ereon/aaron working at 10:50am magdalen street branch NR3 refused to change my £10 note into coins for me because it wasnt where i held my current account, even though i do this every day at this branch with no problems?!?! He was very rude about it

13.06.2022 staff always been very helpful. Branch closing on 28.06 2022 I hope they leave the ATM as this is the only one in the area.

I went inside to open a bank account,only to find that I could NOTas they do CREDIT checks!
