I've opened my bank account here and the service that I received was 5/5. Quick data processing, helpful assistant and immidiate bank card printing. At the moment this bank offers the best saving account rates as well. Any time I went after (to change my address etc.) I've received a great service. Nothing to complain about. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic outstanding costumer service walked in with my documents and walked out with a card in hand ready to be used. I believe that Metro Bank has to offer more than any bank in the UK. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work guys.

Bad treatment from the employee named Chika, although the process is very simple, just entering money into my account. Unlike the previous employees, when I entered the bank I felt as if I was a friend but today I was met with a frowning face I tried to be nice like saying good morning and when completing the transfer procedure Thank you but I did not receive any response Positive I wish the employee to be educated to deal with customers professionally and in good manners

We've been trying to change names on a community account since August (4 months ago). The level of bureaucracy is abysmal. We found an employee (Anthony) that is helping us. All other employees, including branch manager have been useless. How difficult is to swap names on an account. We got stuck with Metrobank asking us to deal with a third party (Equifax) and we are running in circle and this issue doesn't seem to have an end. I wouldn't never recommend MetroBank to anybody. The lever of customer service is the worst I have encounter in my life.

Was very good experience from lady Saron Tewolde she helped me with transfer my funds from closed metrobank account,only she really cared and helped me.

I’m not happy with one of the staff members there .. I took cash with Sealed and signed plastic back that cash money come from casino as all the casino does
And the staff said she need the receipt and I said the plastic bag with seal that the receipt!!! And she said one word she can’t except just that need the receipt ok fine … then I need to go back to the casino and they said that the bag sealed and signed from camera that the receipt the staff member should knows… and a man in casino told me to try different bank and I went there everything ok I can put the money into my account… just annoying and Wasting my time, employees should be trained and know the exact information to help customers properly. It took me 3 hours to process it. Who is responsible??? Just one employee who doesn't know the information... don’t know how to work make

I had a very good experience at this branch. I was greeted on arrival by staff member called Behan. He answered all my questions regarding my newly opened account and helped me with few of my queries. What I liked - enthusiasm, desire to help, professionalism, speediness. I needed further help and was referred to Alex who also was very helpful. Behan went above and beyond in customer services. Thank you for that!

To be honest, very very bad service from staff. He was so rude on me and don't even respected me in a proper way. This kind of staff would definitely spoils the reputation of metro bank. Please teach him that how to respect customers
