Nice staff in a well run branch. I have often been in to pay something in and the staff have always been very good and helpful. One time I jammed the self pay in machine (my fault) the staff were kind and helpful and were not at all rude even if they did have to emergency shut the branch to dislodge my notes!

Went to deposit some cash, around lunchtime. Was greeted by someone at the door who asked what I needed. Was promptly taken to the counters, everyone was polite and courteous. Was in and out within minutes.

Nobody on help on advise desk , long line to the door and nobody even came out to check if they can help. I had a question and had line up for 20 mins before someone came to answer my question

I been yestarday to this branch and Steve was amazingly helpful. We need people like him everywhere. Thank you 😊

I went yesterday to deposit some money and found a poorly explained notice on the Lewisham Halifax bank, that said, branch closed from 21/10/22.so does that mean it is closed for good. I travelled a fair distance to get there. Most annoyed.

The Lewisham branch has been closed on the last 2 Saturdays, 15th & 22nd October without any prior notice/information or any updates online. Today, Saturday 22nd October, the office has not even put a message saying they are not working today. Have wasted 2 trips to Lewisham trying to get attended at the branch. What a shame!

My rating is zero to all Halifax branches. The worst banking service in uk. It is so easy for them to close branches (Fulham, Catford etc.) and put on the branch door close because of shortage caused by covid. It is enough. I work as well I value my time. It is the time to change bank.
