Stupid long winded way to transfer pounds to euros, with limits. Overall, good service and a hot drinks machine!

I am extremely disappointed to learn that this branch is scheduled to close in August 2022.

The members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The closure is going to have an adverse effect upon many people. I just hope that this doesn't result in job loss or inconvenience to members of staff. This is going to have a major impact on people who have relied upon this branch. This location is convenient for many people.

Dismal customer service here now the branch is closing in August. Staff and rude and direct and very unhelpful.

There was no way to deposit cash as counter is closed and cash deposit machine broken.

Waited 20mins to ask how I make a deposit. The manager Hannah was very terse and abrupt in her response, saying I would need to visit Guildford or Basingstoke. I suggested another notice be put up inside the branch advising customers of this to save then waiting in line to speak to someone. Hannah was not that appreciative of my feedback, or customer focused in her outlook,so I doubt my feedback will be acted upon.

I feel sorry for the elderly in Farnham who rely on face to face contact in their banking as online banking overwhelms them. Oh well I guess HSBC, like all banks now, value profits over a personal responsibility to help and serve customers and community interests. The irony is that it is banks that have forced online banking on us and sped up the demise of bank branches.

How come this place is only open from 9:30 - 4:30? These people don’t even do a 9 to 5? Plus it’s closed on weekends. Such a hassle

Banking services seem to be running down here - rumours that it will close later in 2022!
