Although no signboard outside that make it bit difficult to find this branch but rest is absolutely fine in terms of services

Halifax team seems blind not to observe that there is no sign outside the Hounslow branch, elderly and less able people find it difficult to locate the branch. Such a shame to the Branch manager who has not taken extra initiate to place some sort of sign board to guide people. Alongside ruining the high street look …. soo pathetic 😠

I visited the branch today. We were waiting for about 20 minutes for bank statements. After the long wait lady tried to print out the statements for us but she didn’t know that the printers are not working.

Just came says 13 capacity and inside then got told go outside the moment halifax opens the door it should be better queue management just like other facilities. I would of given zero.
