Went in for a simple recent statement but I was given a long waiting time due to the one advisor available already having a long queue. Loads of hole in the walls and plenty cashiers but not enough people to help with something as simple as printing a statement. My local branch usually handles these requests within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Won’t be returning to the Hornchurch branch again.

Nice and friendly staff at the branch...however resolving something on the phone at the central call unit is impossible as they refuse to speak because of "security issues". I feel as I have been criminalised. Overall...a very helpful and friendly branch of a rude and unhelpful organisation.

I use this bank almost daily, I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful even when they are extremely busy. I would recommend this bank to friends and family.

Whilst this is my bank and I'm generally very supportive of it.
Unfortunately on this occasion I needed to speak to a real person and vas advised of a 40 minute wait. Which I have to say is totally unacceptable!
Banks are a service industry that are here to support its customer base and manage their money.
Please remember that not every customer transaction can be shifted to the online platforms.

I've been here twice to deposit into the machines. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Very clean. Long queues sometimes but generally efficient as staff ask u what u want to do and today I managed to jump the queue cos I used the quick deposit. But long wait for the counter (it looked like anyway)
Definitely use this branch when I'm in the area!

Have been using this bank for over 18 years and have never had any problems.
Staff fantastic and do all they can to help and are so friendly.
During Coronavirus lockdown found the staff to be as helpful as possible in such difficult times.

Nice staff, but you should know they don't have a "desk" available on weekends. So that means you can't do any cash withdrawals other than what you can get from a cashpoint

Been with them for years and found it hard to get my money out. After saying I would close my accounts theyvfound a way to help me.
