It's good it's open on Saturday's again but during the week the times are so inconvenient, 9-3 (10-3 Wednesday). Everything else is open normal hours now so why aren't the branches? Usually only one counter of three open, always a queue for the counter because that's what people want. Instead there's one or two members of staff out of the front asking a million questions before you come in and then again once you're in trying to get you onto a machine. I'd rather them be at the counter. Just let people come in and do what they need to do.

OK but always busy due to insufficient staff. Closed all day Thursday why?

Although counter closed at 2pm, a very short queue for the self service, moved quickly. Lady there to help if needed.

Change bank ,Barclays soul destroying, going to close down who really cares.had it too good for too long,not interested in the little people.

Just wanted to make an appointment at Leighton Buzzard branch to open a saving account. No appointments possible within next 10 days and the same in Aylesbury. I'm finding online and app's applications a waste of my time and prefer to get it done in person but that's no possible . Oh well ...

Strangely quiet for a pre-bank holiday Friday morning, served quickly, efficiently and courteously, pleasant experience.

Just look at the opening/closing time. Shocking.

Not great opening time's at this branch. Its closed at 2pm on the days it's open. Not even one day it's open late.
