HSBC Bank

Went in to get some info on opening an account, was stood around for a few minutes with no one asking me if I needed any help so I left

A town centre branch of this popular bank. The banking hall has a wheelchair ramp to the front door. There is usually a member of staff standing just inside the door to help people find the services they need. There are paying-in machines and three staffed service points with a single queuing system. Service is generally quite speedy and the staff are usually most amiable.

when i had a problem to open bank account in other bank in Redditch, HSBC help me! Nice people fast found for me flexible time and booked an appointment.

As a First Direct customer, I’m supposed to use the HSBC high street bank - oh dear, what a disappointment! Surly and deliberately unhelpful staff. I was even told that asking for a certified copy of a passport required all the individuals to be present...even though they are simply confirming that the copy of the passport is genuine. Never mind, straight down to the Post Office who obliged with a smile

This branch of the bank is a failure, I go to pay money, I hurry during a break and the machine does not work there and you inform me that I can pay at the post office - this branch is a big mistake, a failure

You would think that a bank would have the ability to allow customers to draw money out, but its now a digital only branch so NO CASH..... that's progress ;-(
