Ravinder, our personal banker, was very helpful and friendly. Actually, the whole atmosphere was very welcoming from the first moment we stepped into the bank and were guided over the seats to wait for our personal banker, no more than 5 minutes. They helped us as if we were their first customers of the day when we went an hour before closing - sorry guys, it's still Saturday for us! :) thanks a lot!! We felt treated as human beings better than a number and that's nothing a higher interest rate can beat! Very happy with our choice!

Terrible service at this branch. The new changes are have made things worse. The attitude towards loyal customers by the front of house staff is 'We couldn't care less' . I was told that their competitors are making the same changes of getting rid of the cashiers service for the general public - which both Barclays and Nationwide have denied. After 34 years of being with Nat West I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Had queue for 25 minutes to pay money in. Staff on floor answering questions but only one cashier.customers complaining as they were on lunch break and was going to be late back to work. When I left there was a queue of 15 customers. Worst customer service I have experienced for some time. Looks like their making a challenge for HMRC reputation.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice and quick. The new style of high street banking takes a bit of getting used to though but they do still have counter service hidden round the back if it's needed.

Appalling. There was barely anyone in front of me and I didn't move. I'm on my lunch break and asked why there was only one person on the till I was told 'it's a business counter' and my only option was to stand there and wait.

Great, so I'll just wait here for an hour because of your poor staffing and attempt to scrimp on having to pay wages. I've been with Natwest since I was 16 but am seriously considering changing as I don't see any benefit to being loyal to them.

If you are planning to go on a Saturday the main kiosk will be closed so if you need to withdraw cash it can only be your daily limit.

I hate going into to branch, staff are always rude and unhelpful, only had to pay some money in took forever. Customer service is non existent now.
