Good location, just across the Southgate underground station. The branch is open on Saturdays (morning) too. Often understaffed. But few staffs are very customer friendly and helpful. The branch is next to other bank branches and near many business outlets.

The stuff are so “busy”, that even with an appointment, they will send you home to do the things online. Really unprofessional.

Long queue inside, cash machine outside no £10 or £20 notes.

Great bank and personally I have never had a problem when visiting this branch of Nat West and the staff have always been very helpful when ever I have needed to make an enquiry. Or anything else I may have required from them and I would definitely recommend this branch if anyone is thinking of changing banks. Or simply just looking for another seperate bank account for business or travelling etc.

I went to the Southgate store with my mom to open a new bank account.Unfortunately we don't speak English well and that's why we went there because it's not easy for us to fill in our details online, the girl instead of helping us told us to do it online because you can't do it from the store. Why can't I open an account from the bank when everything is back to normal?

Appalling service, unfriendly staff and long waiting times. Unacceptable.
