A meeting with business manager, Deborah Hoffman, went really well. Very friendly and professional service available on a Saturday; just brilliant.

Barclays Bank hoddesdon is the best branch in herfordshire,staff are very professional and helpful.

No clerks just a few cash points now so if you need to talk to someone about your account it takes forever to wait for the two only staff members available.

got told by phone banking to come in for an appointment - turn up to the branch be told to do a video appointment, log on to a video appointment to then be told we need to go to a branch........... hopeless bunch.

Can’t thank the ladies here enough, was queuing for the counter and came over quite faint, they looked after me fantastically, thank you 😊
