Very very good customer service. Definitely the best branch of natwest I've been to and I've been to quite a few. Even the man manning the help desk i heard and saw him help an elderly and frail man make sure he puts all his cards and money tucked well away in his inner pockets before going out of the bank. These are real people who treat you with respect and dignity. God bless them!!!

Very bad customer service. I do not remember the lady name, but she was wearing a white pearls cross pendant necklace and glasses. Very unprofessional, she did not say hello, good morning to me... I wanted to take some money from my account, she did not aksed me if I want a receipt at all ... I hang 15 minutes in queue, the cashier does not even apologize for the status in the queue, I'm a customer and the service should be much better! I will never come back to this branch. Avoid Peckham branch

Definitely not service with a smile. Maybe should improve the working conditions or staff training to help all customers feel valued. EDIT: I tried to close my account and it wasn’t. Mistakes happen but closing accounts is definitely retail banking 101!!

Very Poor service. I had to go in to show ID as Natwest online had blocked my account and required me to do this to get access to my account again. Queued at counter for 20 minutes and was told I needed to queue for the service desk. Queued there for 20 minutes then was told by the person that he was not qualified to do the job of confirming my ID as he was only a trainee. So I asked him to get a supervisor then. The manager came back and told me that they were short staffed and too busy to deal with checking my ID as it would take them a long time. I was told to either go to another branch or come back to morrow. In the meantime I have no access to my money. It's also very difficult to get to a branch as many have closed. Very shoddy service from Nat West all round!!

It is the worst banking experience ever . Queue is unbelievable, employees doesn't even want to work someone walking at the background with flip flops. It looks like more of an Travel agency than a bank . Horrible.

Worse branch I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. The lady at the reception refused to open a bank account just for being a student - been here 4 times before I gave up and went to Islington, opened my student bank account there in 15 minutes.
This abhorrent behavior should be monitored. She discriminates against students and by the look if these reviews it’s too clear…

As I was in the area I decided to use the services of this bank, I can't get over that I ended up waiting outside in a queue for nearly an hour and half to pay some money in to my account because all their machines had stopped working . When I did step foot inside the branch there was only one cashier serving people whilst 4 other staff just walking around doing nothing.
When it got to my turn , I paid in the funds and the cashier started to discuss other services available to me as a customer. I had to politely tell him I wasn't interested and certainly was not Interested in holding up the queue.
I did feel sorry for the cashier though , he said he's left on his own a the time and ends up taking abuse from people yelling at him. This branch needs a serious overhaul and restructure

Absolutely amazing customer service. Just called this morning as I have problems accessing my online banking on my new phone. The person I was speaking over the phone could not be more helpful and patient with me. In the end he has not only saved my time from going to the brunch and wait for hours in the queue but also has fix my issue with no hesitation. So sad, but I cant remember his name.
