Made phone enquiry asked to wait while they got the information I required then after some 2/3 minutes of mind numbing music I was cut off

Staff here are lovely. Very disappointed with the opening hours. I don't finish work until 2.30 @ the earliest. Got there at 2.40 and it was closed. So frustrating, I can't sort out my banking issue.
