Not recommended branch at all. Too slow everything. Only two customer service agents, and customers keep piling up and queueing. No queue numbering. Not enough space for the wait.
Worth saying that this is my second visit just to complete a simple procedure, but I had to come twice only because the employee didn't care enough to check the correct phone no. on the system the last twaster to show collaboration hence my time waste!

My friend and I are Ukrainian refugees. Today we opened a basic account. I really want to thank all the bank employees who worked on 05/24/2022. Until today I have never met such caring people, especially Sangita. He is very professional and competent in all matters. She explained everything to us, helped us fill out the documents, download online banking and activate it. She stayed with us until we did everything. She even took care of our future and told about the possibilities with this bank.

I went to many branches for help to find my child trust fund account however no one could find it until I visited the branch in Finchely road. Sangita Was amazing she was able to help me find my account. Amazing customer service and communication. She was very friendly and was able to help me solve my issue and answer all my queries. Thank you so much.

HSBC required numerous checks to open a joint account, which is standard, but the customer service when the online process failed was atrocious. I spent two weeks trying to verify my documents, with most being denied for one reason or another (address not word perfect, documents not being dated even when those documents aren't usually dated, etc.) and being passed on to three separate staff members who were unable to complete the process for me. My partner and I eventually cancelled our application due to the appalling inaction by staff.

I am working around this area, before visited this branch I feel very terrible because the staff service very bad. Today I work up the courage to come. Sanfita take long time to help me the suspend remove. very grateful。

Came in to do a simple addition of my details to our company’s bank mandate - should be a 3 minute task at a teller. It took them 50 minutes.

I had to wait for people to assist me with the machine to deposit the money which I've spend half an hour to leave with no success, and they don't have cash point, the management is very poor! Definitely i will not try this branch ever again! It's to avoid!

No cashiers so I wasn’t able to pay in cash. Told to go to another branch. What a joke.
