Very unhappy with treatment at Quedgeley bank yesterday.

Wait and watch, no counter service after 4, or on Saturdays won't be long till it closes all together. Some of us have to work, flexi your hours for counter service all you get now is use the machine, shame on the higher tollers of TSB , CUT CUT CUT

This place is open but no counter service after 4 pm and no counter service on Saturday.
Total rubbish service.

Long wait times, inconsistent advice, equipment faulty on two occasions meaning forms couldn’t be printed

Not very happy! My local TSB closed a a couple of years ago. Tried their telephone banking to be told that my son could only go into a branch. Quedgeley is now our closest! It shows online that it's open until 4pm, I arrived at 13:26 only to find a sing on the door they close at 1pm! As a working person, it is not easy to get into a bank when you have to travel to another town!
So frustrated!

My husband just came back from the bank not very happy.
He went to get some money out and was not very happy with the service. He always likes to go to the counter for personal interaction as he thinks if you don't use the counter service you will be doing people out of a job, but a lady and gent came out from behind the counter and frog marched him to the newly installed cash machine inside even though he was the only customer in there. What has happened to the customer service interaction anymore.
