Always long queues and waiting times. Wish they'd sort this out (more staff and more self service machines) so that the simplest of errands don't become draining!!! Current staff need to work on customer service skills too.

The self service machine was faulty which they knew beforehand. I was first in the bank. Had to wait nearly an hour to get my cash out. I had to wait at the machine for an hour to wait by the machine. It is so ridiculous. There's no desk for staff to serve you. It's all machines.

Very slow.

There are 4 self service machines which are often out or order or acting up. There is one counter for service and a few advisors in rooms.

If you need to actually speak to someone, be prepared to wait... a long time. The service is shockingly slow and no one seems to be in any rush or want to serve you in a decent time.

Two lovely ladies assisted me around 10am this morning on the 28th May. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The kind service and great assistance was highly appreciated. We did not have to wait long and the process was very efficient.

Very friendly staff doing their best during social distancing. Pity there are so many rude costomers they have to deal with.
Closed Saturdays which is ashame but understandable.

This is my local branch of Barclays bank and is broadly acceptable. Banking habits have changed and the human manned counters have been replaced by self service ATMs that a human directs you to. The ATMs don't appear to be particularly reliable and are sometimes out of order or operating with limited functionality. The branch in Norbury has not been particularly customer friendly and has been operating on a reduced hours basis. During the Covid restricted period there was always a queue of customers in the street. To make matters worse the Norbury branch will close in October 2021.

Self-service is quick and easy but otherwise the queues go long out into the streets if you need customer service at the desks as there is little staff. They close at 2pm everyday which is useless if you need to go to the bank after work. Best to go when they open at 9am if you need to get something done!

Only self service machines available and one counter. Self service machines always faulty. Today only one machine working ques delayed for nearly 1hr. Several staff who are supposed to help customers with self service machines now just walking around with nothing to do. Very poor service either move forward with good technology that works, i.e self service machine or have face to face counters. Banking should not be this difficult in this day and age!
