Disgraceful service, has been nearly a month since some fraudulent activity has happened on my wife's account, Went into local branch to report they said someone will call me back within 3 days, no call back, called 3 times again and went back to the branch was told again someone will call me back still nobody does, clearly they do not care how they treat their customers. Now they tell me someone will call me back but they don't know when, what a joke!

Friendly staff but they're closed between 1-2 pm which is really inconvenient. I wasn't sure why seeing that there was three members of staff working.

Always closed when I need to go there closed at lunch time all day Thursday and Saturday but half the staff are friendly must change banks

OK so it is lock down.. but.....seriously. The bank was open and empty i wanted to pay In to my account £7 in 3 pre-bagged coin bags. The woman behind the counter refused to let me pay the 3 bags into my account as not deemed an essential transaction!!!!! Disgusting service, she was prior to me looking at her mobile phone! Why open if you don't want to do a simple transaction but have nothing else to do!!!!!
