My boyfriend and I moved to london few weeks ago, we needed to open a bank account and we went here.

I like the rather eccentric counter-staff in this place. Efficient but with endearing human frailties.

The premier team however could use more than a little human training. They just gave the impression of being banking-bots and if that's going to be the case, they should just be replaced by algorithms and have done with it.

Very kind staff, I went to open a student account but had to open a current account in the meantime (waiting for an acceptance letter, not offer). They are very helpful and told me exactly what I needed. I will be completing my account soon.

Had a great experience at this branch. Rosane has been incredibly helpful in guiding us.

One of the worst experience i got with HSBC . well i arrived here in london this january and i provided all my proof of address but still haven’t got anything . you wasted 3months and stated that i’m not legible without any grounds . really disappointed .

Rushed to get here by 4:30 (who closes at 4:30?) and they are closed - sign in the window saying new opening hours are 10-3. Didn't update the hours online (I checked before I left), just put a sign in the window! Poor service!

Very bad service they don't respect customers never I was there recently special this lady with black clothes she doesn't respect anyone
