Very small branch but the staff provide good service and very patient. Last time I need to print my bank statements since it is not shown on my online banking account, and I asked many questions about some problems on my account, the staff is quite helpful.

How would you like a cashier with CLAWS for nails, to perform an important bank transfer?

Counter services closed from 2pm, all self service after that. Queuing outside bank whether it’s rain or shine

Simple statement required 2 months ago. Always something from their side.Keep saying Sorry. I'm losing money now

If you need to change your first name/surname, don't bother coming here; they can't help.

The help desk people are least interested in solving your issues, however the manager is a nice person

I was in the Barclays branch like a week or so and they were very nice so that’s why I gave u 5 stars
