Following the closure of Nat West, my parents, who had banked with them for over 50 years, wanted a local branch where they could still talk to a real person. This branch of TSB has been very helpful and supportive throughout the transfer process and now recognise my parents by name and have continued to provide excellent service. My mother has been particularly impressed with Toby but all the counter staff have been very good.
