Im afraid to say this is a joke you have just renovated Santander in beckenham its awful and its a waste of space and money why knocking off 3 cashiers and replace it with 2 cashiers you enjoy seeing people cuing and get stresses i applause whoever thought of that we dont need that long corridor and no benches to sit you have no feelings its a disgrace month renovating its a joke

Awful interior layout, cashiers are hidden away around the back when you walk in. On the positive, the staff are warm and friendly.

Checked branch info to make sure it was open today so as not to have a wasted journey... says open 10 - 2 today. Cycled to Beckenham and it is closed and there is no facility to pay in via machine. Very poor.

I was at Santander bank today, Beckham branch. The staff that served me is Dee. She was very much amazing warm and understanding. Go extra mile and render her service to the highest level. Was very pleased and happy.

This Santander branch in Beckenham, has been wonderful during the pandemic. I am extremely appreciative of all the hard work that has been done to keep both staff and customers safe during 2020.

I have been using this branch for many years and have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. I like many other customers am very upset
and disappointed that the branch will be closing in August. Went to the branch this morning and received the usual friendly and efficent service from Denise. Not looking forward to August , will greatly miss using the branch and am sure that that the service will not be bettered anywhere else.

I was told by Santander to go to the Beckenham branch to collect what had been delivered. I checked opening times on line. Stood outside the branch at ,09:30 the opening time it was pouring with rain. At 10:00 a member of the public said the manager had called her asked her to put a notice on the door stating this branch will never open again. Disgusting customer service.
