Halifax

It's a bank. You queue up and wait in line.
Don't go in on a Saturday, its normally very busy.
Staff are usually as unhelpful as any other bank.

like the other guy said. pretty standard bank, walk in, stand in line. talk to someone or press a button on a machine leave. 10 out of 10

I'm not talking about this particular branch but this bank on general is ridiculous I've been waiting two weeks just for my bank card to come. It is the worst bank they don't provide any service or even answer their phone I could have moved banks by no. Do not bank with Halifax your better off with another bank

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life.

Seems to have a high staff turnover, they are usually competent as long as they are not newbies

I have been banking with halifax for over 2 years and i must say no other bank beet there customer service i just enjoy going to my local Halifax branch there so nice and helpful, There online and Telephone banking are also wonderful and simple to use i never had this experience by any other bank, I am really upset that my local Halifax branch (STOKE NEWTON) will be closing soon..... I am sure the branch in Dalston will give the same service

Awesome Customer service. For all who think their customer service isn’t great try going to NatWest or Barclays then you would appreciate Halifax. My only 1 complain is you could have more staff than what you do.
