My mother waited almost half an hour to see a personal banker. One of her tasks was to request a new debit card. They sent the card today and it arrived in the name of my father who passed away in 2016 and who Barclays know is deceased. She was very upset.

Second time, Worst customer service!!! The Indian lady at the counter was rude and disrespectful even though I was being polite. After working for 12hrs near Park Royal, I went to this branch as it was the closest to me to put a cheque in but my phone switched off so I had no access to the Barclay app.
No greeting, not an ounch of politeness just simply and utterly useless and rude.

It's ok, it's a Barclays.
Would do with an extra pay in acc. Machine probably will be no increase in Walk in customer numbers after this winter who's gonna go in a bank anyway 🙊🙈🙉

The staff was very kind and professional, my appointment started three minutes before the scheduled time. Everyone was so nice and friendly

Appalling branch, unhelpful staff. One cashier working, (on a Friday lunchtime, end of the month) and only one machine for paying in. If you are going to have so few cashiers and simpletons can't follow basic on-screen instructions to use the machine, thus holding up the queue, well at least install some more paying - in machines. Another establishment using covid as an excuse for shoddy service, two years on. These staff come here for a rest, not to work. I ended up walking out in disgust.This place ought to be closed down.

Worst service in my life!

When I first came here with my partner, the manager was kind. But on the second visit, the reception staff was so unprofessional and impatient. I am very disappointed with this branch. As a customer of walkin, I was greeted by an Indian lady who not only had a bad attitude, but also let two local people also walk-in customer behind me cut in line.
This time because it was just me and not with my British partner, I felt they discriminated against me as a Chinese. 🤦‍♀️
They gave me the impression that they wanted to dismiss me by giving me false information that you need to be British to open a regular account and international students/BRP cannot open. Then I called the manager and it is different story. again that I had to uninstall the app and reapply. Now I don't even want to apply for this bank.🙄

Machines are not working, not enough staff on counters 1 person , very long queue, and no one is doing or thinking of doing anything about it, our time is not free to waste it for us

Very rude staff. Lack of staff working. Very poor management. Be prepared to waste more than an hour of your day just in a queue to do a simple task such as deposit cash. And when you ask for a money bag to deposit cash which is for amounts of 5k+, the staff member brought out the small bags you put coins in and asked if these were the appropriate bags I require. This is how they treat their “premier banking customers”. Such a shame as this was my go to branch but it seems that all the good staff have left and covid has had a massive impact on them negatively… I’d highly advise you avoid this branch at all costs and go to the one in Ealing where the service is much better and you are treated with respect.
