Fantastic staff, I nearly lost my mortgage rate with another provider due to their tardiness and the bank of interest rise.
I went into branch, both staff were lovely, understanding and quick to help. They set me up a mortgage appointment 20 mins later and I had my mortgage approved and secured 2 hours later. Thank you!

Had a really poor experience, was asking for help regarding a matter I didn't fully understand and the woman behind the desk was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I'm stupid. She then sent me off twice to be dealt with by another colleague and when I needed to come back to her desk, she then tried to put the blame on me for not understanding an issue that I was looking for help with.

If i could put -5 i would horrible service

Staff were not transparent with me on a bank process so that they could make life easier for themselves.
