Halifax

Efficient service but could do with more than one counter open at a time.

Hi all
I never experienced such a bad service in ( bank) particularly in north finchley Halifax, the customer service is soo poor and so low educated people working, every time i have visited never given to me right service or information , then always have to call the Maine Halifax bank ti get correct information.
Terribly disappointed, i guess that's why they have offers if you join there account and leave others you will get £150
it's obvious.
Not recommend....

Staff are exceptionally polite and helpful

Really unhelpful staff. Refused to put money into account on numerous occasions for arbitrary reasons. Even though we had ID and correct details. Avoid this branch if possible

I would like to thank Mark Purkiss today. We went into the branch to address some affairs following a family bereavement. Mark the bank manager was outstanding , he was helpful, compassionate and very professional. It was a pleasure to be served by such a lovely man . Mark deserves to be told what a great member of the Halifax team is was today. We will continue to use this branch . Thanks Mark for your time and effort today.
