There is no wheelchair lift but very easy to go in and out of HSBC. across the road there are two bays for disabled parking.

They always say they are too busy , i was there to reset my online banking and that girl from the reception asked me to book it for monday .. it was saturday..
it is the second Bad experience with thia branch

They were closed for absolutely no good reason today (Monday) saying 'staff shortage so can't open due to covid'. The covid excuse is getting ridiculous at this stage and it's just becoming a way of stopping ordinary people from getting on with their lives and using the services that they need to use.

What kind of bank even operates under these hours, how are working professionals supposed to even use their local bank.

Sachin is the worst employee ever from Ilford branch. He was really rude with me. He definitely need more training to deal with HSBC costumers.

I m not recommended at all. Someone was taking out 2000£ from my account over the counter. I don t know how is this possible and they didn’t help me at all, just transfer my call from one to another person and they don t do nothing. The worst bank ever.
