Only two staff behind the tills during huge lunchtime queue. Santander you are FAILING in your professed claim to "speed up customer service". 20 minute wait today- not amused

Never waited to long but best afford lunch time,staff always friendly but the place seems to be getting smaller plus the rates are on a downward scale
