Barclays Bank

Rude staff and a very understaffed bank. Staff clearly couldn't give a stuff about the customers and are not at all approachable.

Will claim you have to call to do even the smallest tasks such as order a new card.

Your local friendly Barclays Bank. It's a small branch so the wait can be quite long but it's alright as you get to speak to a person face to face at the other end. Quite rare these days.

Whats the point of this place. Not open before 9.30 after 4.30 or of weekends. When are we supposed to use the services exactly?

Edited this from 1 star to 3. When I was finally able to access the place staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Opening times still not convenient though.

This brunch is very useful in this area, is a small one but very helpful, if you release there is no other banks around.
Sometimes is hard to get someone to help but if you got one of stuff member they are nice and friendly.
Is too early close, 4 pm, 5 pm more better, and should give chanse to do some banking on Saturday.

NASTY, VINDICTIVE staff. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend. I'd rather take myself to Bexleyheath branch despite having to pay for parking and walk a considerable distance there. Erith branch is a true example of us being better off when these lot are replaced by machines.

There is no Barclays bank on Brook Street, if you look for Barclays in Erith go to Erith Riverside Shopping Centre

Its the Dutchess pub. Have heard mixed reviews, good and bad. But its not a bank 🤣

Excellent service there staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful great job they go out there way to help 😀
