My first impression was WOW this bank looks nice and changed up, its been a while (only here for my mother any-who). 'this bank looks like a Starbucks' I thought!

Then, whilst waiting in queue for longer than expected 1 of the staff were reassuring and sympathetic towards this wait ;however, with this said its hard to comprehend why he or someone then could-not go on the 2nd till quick and get their fingers dirty in those shiny ass suits - Definitely lacking some coffee at this branch.

Well it's a long story, to cut it short. We went to open an account and visited the branch for 4 times and every time a different member meets us and asks us to bring a particular type of document and post bringing all what they needed, they asked the branch manager and she refused stating that this is not how we require it. Bring it in a different way.
If we got all the proof of addresses of the world we won't open an account here. They don't understand what they need. Wasted our time.

Wonderful staff. Crystal and Max helped us two days in a row and they were terrific.

Infuriating! I went to withdraw cash from the ATM outside, the card stuck inside the frame of the hole until it sucked it back and was never given back. I seeked the help of the staff and spoke to the supposedly store manager about it and she said that they can't give it back to me so I'll have to order a new one through my own bank. Now I can't buy food or anything until my new card arrives. Thank you NatWest!!!
