Stinking attitude. Easy task of finding if my account was still open. No customer service today its closed (breaking boxes on the floor) can’t open an account either the other person you need isn’t here can you move from the queue (empty) Went to nationwide instead. Brilliant service! Opened my account instantly :)

Called in to pay in a cheque. The auto pay in machine was being rather temperamental and was having trouble with it, thankfully a manager came over and helped sort things out.

Dont understand why your not open until 5pm anymore most people work mon to friday and your not even open saturdays ...pointless
