Excellent no fuss experience. Staff greeted me with a smile. They had two counters both staffed, despite being a quiet Saturday morning.I asked for new cash bags and given a stash no problem. They thanked me for my custom. Alot quicker than Gateshead branch and much friendlier.

Avoid, avoid, avoid !

Unhelpful quite frankly plain rude, terrible attitudes from staff made to feel as though I am a problem despite being a customer for 30 years or more, trying to open a bank account for son who has special needs, almost impossible. Time for a modern forward thinking bank I feel instead of this old institution .

If I have have left a score of 0 I would.

Really helpful I had a personal issue and the lady helped me set a new account up close the other and change everything over she was lovely couldn’t fault the help I received thankyou

50 minutes wait to withdraw some money for my mother in law and it's not the first time!
Nightmare.....glad I don't bank here!

Not enough staff to do simple jobs. Machines not working and just a massive waste of time. 1hour wait to do a 2 second job.

Been with barclays for years and years and out of the blue block my account with no explanation won't tell me anything so be aware people they can do this whenever they want and won't tell you anything at all once this is sorted I will be leaving
