I have tried to elicit meaningful conversation from this bank on a number of occasions without any success. No wonder it is under "enhanced supervision" from the Financial Conduct Authority, which the FCA have appropriately named as "Project Hercules".

I have never visited this place EVER!

They told me I was too poor and that I don’t have enough wealth to manage. I will manage my meagre wealth using other means perhaps green shield stamps? Nein!

Food was awful. Waiter got the order wrong TWICE and took over 20 minutes each time with NO APOLOGY. Very disappointed. The soup was good in the end but not worth the stress.
