Lloyds Bank

Very rude staff, especially the bank manager! My husband didn't have his passport with himself, only driving license and he wanted to take out money as he didn't remember his PIN number. Manager came and said he needs his passport to do that, now this person is a racist, my husband said he is not happy with the service. The manager asked for his bank card and brought it back cut in two pieces !!!!! He treated us bad and called me a Romanian :S came away feeling so bad... Avoid this branch as much as you can!! Needs to change staff...

Very rewarding staff at this branch had an appointment at 9 the worker made my appointment quick as well as effective and got me to work on time. A very special thanks to Gavin who made it a priority of making me have the best possible care and advice I needed. Thanks Gavin.

I had been approve for a credit card. Went in with the requested ID. I was advisd that i haf one letter missing from my surname. I was unaware and explained it was an typo error only. I had all my elevant upto date ID my passport my council tax letter, and my P60. The Manager dealt with me and said he may have to cancel my application because of 1 letter mussing from my surname. This manager was so unfriendly and had no empathy. He just cancelled my application. I was so upset at what he did. That is not proffessional and im.very angry as i had been approved for my card and i had to wait over a week to get ID to a branch. I got into the branch today to get this treatment. This Manager needs addressing..i will make a complaint.

This branch is very well designed and helps its patrons find whatever they need quickly.
The staff are all very professional and friendly and helpful.
The staff are very helpful towards people with a disability.

All staff is good and give good customer service.

The branch advisors always opening late, always there are excuses no trains, no buses. Today it happened the third Saturday in a row. The lady at the door was extremely rude

Went to main counter but two staffs were taking ages to serve two customers in front of me and was waiting around 15 minutes. Wouldn't mind to wait but didn't see any tendency to think about the customers who were waiting in the queue.
