Metro Bank

New branch of Metro Bank should open soon, hopefully before end of year 2018. From my experience with other branches this is a good concept, especially opening on Saturdays and Sundays when small business owners have a breather to do some in-house admin and banking. Emphasis on online banking great but attending to telephone still needs a lot of attention. Long waiting periods.

Had gone with my wife to open an account for her. Very good service . You can actually speak to a human. 5 stars to Charles . He was very helpful and explained everything to my wife even though my wife was not very fluent in English. Well done Charles she told me how you took the time to explain everything very clearly. Impressed with the service ,much better than the experiences I had from my bank

Would 10000% recommend. From the moment you walk in it's 10/10 customer service. Zak, who set up my business and personal account, was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable experience. Made me think why on earth did I not go to them sooner?!

Today, I went to Metro Bank, Northampton to open a bank account. I had received an excellent service from the Northamptom Metro Bank Team, especially Mr Tyler and his colleague (sorry I don’t remember her name). They gave me a birthday gift and a card, which was a pleasant surprise for me. I would like to thank them and the entire team at Metro Bank, Northampton.

Card has been frauded and they won’t even help with the investigation…very bad bank won’t reccomand

I took my 2 children into metro today ( sunday ) to open up saving accounts for them, the customer service was excellent! Margo helped us open the accounts, she was very friendly and there was a man on reception who was extremely helpful and friendly too, my kids first bank experience was 10/10 . Thank you and well done guys x

Opened a new account after being with Lloyds bank for 10 years and after there shoddy customer service thought I’d move to Metro a massive shout out to Rich who helped me open my account and go through everything with me would definitely recommend this branch so helpful and caring and open on a Sunday 😍
